(1) According to section 14, after a labor demand from an employer, the employment service center shall send the unemployed person listed in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 11 to the relevant employer for employment based on his qualifications, skills and experience. (2) According to sub-section (1) of employment The government or public sector employer should employ the person sent for a job according to his qualifications and skills according to the prevailing law and the private sector employer can employ him in available jobs according to his qualifications and skills. Such a person will have to do the job assigned by the employer.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the daily wage rate to be provided by the employer for employment shall be as prescribed by the Ministry.
(4) According to sub-section (2), the person who does not work as prescribed by the employer shall be removed from the list of unemployed persons by the employment service center.
